- Work with various physician specialties to determine imaging needs
- Assess customer and co-worker needs and provide necessary assistance
- Demonstrate expertise in anatomy, medical terminology, and technical factors for angiographic procedures
- Develop procedures and protocols in collaboration with Medical Imaging managers
- Handle billing and reimbursement matters for MRI and CT programs
- Coordinate training, maintain competencies, and monitor quality measures for the Imaging Reconstruction Program
- Collaborate with the PACS team for data storage and transmission
- Perform duties as an Imaging Technologist when required
- Ensure compliance with radiation and MRI safety policies
