    Our client is seeking a Temporary Collections Specialist to support our team.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with merchants over the phone, obtaining payment authorizations, sending follow-up emails, and performing basic administrative tasks.

    We value efficiency, organization, and a candidate comfortable with Excel. This temporary role may transition into a long-term position for the right candidate.


    Responsibilities:

    Phone Communication:
    Engage with merchants via phone to discuss outstanding payments, negotiate payment plans, and provide payment solutions


    2 Payment Authorization:
    Obtain payment authorizations through effective communication and negotiation skills


    3 Follow-up:
    Send out timely and professional follow-up emails to merchants, ensuring clarity on payment expectations


    4 Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment agreements, and relevant merchant information


    5 Efficient Time Management:
    Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and meet collection targets


    6 Basic Administrative Tasks:
    Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management


    7 Excel Proficiency:
    Use Excel for basic record-keeping and data management
