- NC DEA, NC license required with no exceptions
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 5 years minimum experience
- Outpatient Only
- Clinic uses Health Direct for PT needs afterhours
- EPIC EMR
- Average # of Patients/Day/Provider: 20
- Established practice including 3 MDs/DOs and 5 Nurses
- Respond to codes
- Clinic includes 6 exam rooms, a trauma room, on-site lab and x-ray
- Required Procedures: Simple laceration repair, Simple lesion removals
