    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Title: Configuration Management Specialist Level 2

    Reports To: Configuration Management Manager

    Location: Wichita

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Evaluate new orders, confirming that all documentation is available prior to release to the processing flow. Provide configuration management review, including contract (purchase order) review in compliance with AS9100 standards. Develop processing flows that meet customer requirements and Integra processes and standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
    • Demonstrate a functional level of capability within the OMS system.
    • Perform Purchase Order Review for initial and revised Purchase Orders.
    • Build flows and routings, confirming compliance with customer requirements and Integra procedures.
    • Support sales and customer service as CM representative in kick off meetings.
    • Initiate and implement change orders to improve current routings.
    • Perform document reviews of customer specs when requested by Customer Service.
    • Define efficiencies developed within the department as required to maintain performance to company goals.
    • Establish and implement standardized wording for all production routings.
    • Have a functional understanding of the APEX system and be able to navigate within the system to support routing and DPA builds, NRE and change order execution with support from SME.
    • Maintain current status on training requirements as defined by area responsibilities and company training policies. Provide Configuration Management system and process training as assigned.
    • Meet or exceed assigned performance management goals.
    • Maintain a Zero Defects performance standard at all times.
    • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

    Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.

    Experience: At least five years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

    Knowledge/Skills:
    • Demonstrate a proficient knowledge Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs.
    • Ability to accurately track, enter, and maintain data.
    • Ability to effectively interface with other team members, the management team, and other departments.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
