JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Practice, and in collaboration with the LifeBridge Health Medical Group leadership team, assumes responsibility for coordinating all aspects of quality clinical care, standardization of clinical practice, compliance with all State and regulatory standards and laws, and recognition of required programs and services.
Develops and directs transformational solutions to managing clinical operations, improves quality and patient outcomes, reduces the cost of care, and brings innovative solutions to solve complex problems in both primary and specialty outpatient practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized fieldBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN's from CCNE accredited school, Master of Nursing preferred, ambulatory quality experience preferred.
