- Responsible for assisting customers with placing new orders- this includes things like updating existing orders, placing new orders, review and troubleshooting customer concerns.
- Manages customer service emails, and questions from sales & customers
- Answering phone.
- Communicating with sales team and external customers: Keeping our customers updated with order information in a timely manner- all while ensuring that their experience is a positive one.
- Works with operations and installation managers to ensure any issue with work orders are addressed and managed properly

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be bilingual
- Punctual and dependable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to find solutions and prioritize work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.

- Ability to sit at computer monitor for long periods throughout the day.

JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with placing new orders- this includes things like updating existing orders, placing new orders, reviewing and troubleshooting customer concerns.
