This full-time, on-site role as a Personal Shopping Assistant is based in New York, NY.
The Personal Shopping Assistant will support the personal shopping team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, including providing personalized service and styling recommendations.
The role involves working closely with clients to meet their individual needs, assisting in appointments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and inventory.
QualificationsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Expertise in Customer Service and creating exceptional Customer Experiences
Sales skills with an understanding of how to personalize product offerings to fit individual client preferences
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
A passion for fashion, styling, and staying updated with current industry trends
Prior experience in a luxury retail or personal shopping environment is highly desirable
