    Job Description

    The Brand Manager (Dressings) at Urgo Medical North America will be responsible for supporting Dressings portfolios, and reports to the Director of Marketing. The Brand Manager will create and deploy marketing tools and trainings by identifying and validating market needs, execute against annual brand plans, conduct, and analyze market research, determine product usage and optimal market deployment, and develop and align marketing strategies to support growth and KPI targets.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 4-year bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing, business, sales, or a related field
    • 1-3 years marketing or sales experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software applications
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Proven ability to manage different projects at the same time
    • Limited overnight travel required (roughly 25%)
    Job Requirements
    • Assists in the maintenance of existing marketing collateral and creation of new marketing and training tools to be utilized by the sales team and to support the customer journey.
    • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
    • Assesses market competition by frequently evaluating the company's product to competitors' products through literature, marketing material, and technical specification review.
    • Develops, tests, and validates all marketing strategies conjunctively with marketing, brand, and the sales team.
    • Creates and adjusts marketing strategies and tactics to support annual brand plans and its execution against KPI targets.
    • Supports development for medical education such as webinars, symposia, and other related education in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
    • Communicates and collaborates with KOLs that support the brand vision.
    • Contributes to bringing new products to market in collaboration with Brand Director by providing market and marketing insights.
    • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assembling brand teams in conjunction with the Brand Director and other relevant product managers.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
    Compensation Information
    • Base: $95k-120k
    • Bonus: 10%
    • Total Comp: $105k-$132k
