Requirements:
IT background, Microsoft Office products (proficient in Excel), Adobe Photoshop (Premier), Crystal, SEI (preferred).


Job Description:
Manage the Client's computer hardware and software equipment, printers, phone systems, and partners (on-site and off-site).
Offer support to staff and troubleshoot computer issues.
Daily Data Management entry.
Price list updates / changes, ongoing projects, and reports.
Keeping up with invoice emails and order confirmation emails (daily).
Be able to create reports from database in SEI and/or Crystal.

Know how to program all production machinery computer systems and to be able to monitor production systems (Milacron injection molding, Ferry rotational molding).

Manage website and hosting partner.
Manage graphic design partners.
Work with IT partners such as X3, Integris, Vested Networks, Konica Minolta, etc.
Hardware management systems – will receive admin rights and submit tickets for troubleshooting via third party partners.
Excellent at problem solving, prioritization and time management.
Organized and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills.
Reliable and trustworthy.
