- Provide professional nursing services in the care and treatment of residents.
- Supervise and instruct others, as well as give guidance and direction to CNAs and other auxiliary personnel assigned to the unit when in charge.
- Must have the ability to keep records and properly document and make reports.
- Must have the ability to apply general nursing techniques and practices.
- Will be required to provide professional nursing care according to physician orders.
- Must be able to abide by the department policies and procedures as well as interpret them to personnel, residents and the public.
- You will be required to maintain safety and comfort for all residents.
- You will be required to cooperate with all other services to implant good resident care.
