Job Description:
Emplify Healthy by Bellin, nationally recognized for clinical quality and service excellence, is seeking a dynamic Director of Oncology and Hematology Services. This leadership role is responsible for the overall financial and strategic performance and growth of the Oncology and Hematology Services Brand. The Director will drive operational and strategic objectives while fostering a collaborative environment to advance patient care and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Oncology and Hematology Services division, including Medical Oncology, Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Clinical Research & Trials, and related programs.
- Manage the Commission on Cancer Accreditation of the Program to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Oversee Bellin Expressive Arts in Medicine (BEAM), Outpatient Infusion, laboratory, and pharmacy services within the division.
- Develop and expand a robust network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the division's vision and growth.
- Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
- Ensure alignment of division goals with Emplify Healthy by Bellin's mission and values.
- Five direct report leaders with approximately 175 indirect reports.

Location: Cancer Team Clinic, 1580 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
FTE Status: Exempt | Full-Time | 1.00 FTE
Work Schedule: M-F | 8am-5pm

Qualifications:
- Master's degree required - MBA, MSN, MHA or similar.
- Five to seven years of leadership experience required.
- Proven ability to develop and build extensive professional relationships.
- Demonstrated performance results across all dimensions of service leadership.
- Oncology experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
