    JOB SUMMARY

    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading all aspects of the Treasury function including:
    • Working capital strategy and allocation, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Cash and liquidity management, forecasting and investments, including direction of the Company's investment manager and acting as Secretary of the Pension Benefits Committee
    • Non-healthcare Insurance and Risk Management reduction, including supplier and vendor credit risk evaluation and mitigation, interest rate hedging and leading the company's Enterprise Risk Management program
    • Investor and Bank relations and strategy, including continued development of the Company's ESG strategy. Rating agency strategy and management.
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Working Capital and Capital Structure Strategy
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain capital structures consistent with business, tax and regulatory requirement
    • Oversee and forecast short-term cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
    • Manage excess operating cash to maximize interest income while achieving principal preservation
    • Oversee electronic cash receipt, cash disbursement processing, timely related accounting
    • Develop appropriate reporting and modelling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs through indirect modelling working closely with corporate FP&A
    Banking, Debt, Rating Agency Strategy and Relations, and Leasing
    • Develop and rationalize banking and debt investor relationships necessary to obtain ample, well priced funding
    • Responsible for rating agency relations and strategy
    • Develop strategic finance initiatives (ex: rating agency presentations and financing requirements) in partnership with key stakeholders
    • Responsible for forecasting interest and rental expenses, future financing needs, lease purchase options and interest income.
    • Review and analyze banking and investment management fees to identify cost reductions
    • Act as treasury liaison internally for lease vs. buy analysis of fixed assets
    • Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
    • Continue development of Company's ESG initiatives
    • Responsible for maintaining relationships with the company's financial and operating lessor partners. Recommend lease transactions and lease purchase options when applicable. Together with the Controller's Department, ensure the timely and accurate accounting for lease agreements.
    Risk Management Identification and Reduction
    • Lead the company's Enterprise Risk Management program
    • Develop strategies for risk reduction, including supplier and vendor credit risk evaluation and mitigation and interest rate hedging
    • Non-Healthcare Insurance procurement
    • Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies
    • Serve as the primary contact with investment advisors of TTX's retirement plans to ensure alignment with investment policy, recommend funding for enough cash flow, review monthly returns and assess manager performance. Act as the Secretary for the TTX Pension Benefits Committee.
    • Oversee execution of investment transactions (redemptions and purchases) approved by the Pension and Benefits Committees
    Internal Controls and Continuous Process Improvement
    • Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting. Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial management policies.
    • Develop performance monitoring of service providers including third-party managers, trustees and custodians
    • Oversee the development of treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI's
    • Continuously evaluate the operational efficiency and use of technology tools to improve Treasury operations
    • Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management or board of directors
    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax
    • Clear understanding of complex business principles and concepts and how those are applied in the business, economic and social models related to the company's business
    • Savy communicator, with superb presentation skills, who understands the company, the business environment, and the market forces that drive company performance.
    • Strives to attain results, conveys a sense of urgency, sets high performance standards and continuously improves the Treasury operation. Identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve internal processes
    • Demonstrates the ability to lead change and drive the development of a best-in-class practice Treasury team

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business required. MBA or advanced degree in finance, and CTP are preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and treasury operations leadership with a proven track record of increased responsibilities
    • Prior experience in leading FP&A and operational finance is preferred
    • Experience with Cloud ERP systems required, with preference of Oracle Fusion ERP.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification and proven track record leading treasury team improvements is preferred.
