Design with Flexibility in Mind : Craft flexible repayment options that recognize the diverse financial realities of our borrowers, extending the accessibility and inclusivity of our platform.

Foster Collaborative Innovation :

Collaborate closely with Compliance and Customer Success to weave compliance seamlessly into user-friendly designs, bridging the gap between legal obligations and user needs.

Your leadership ensures alignment with the company's objectives, influencing not only your immediate team but also contributing to the broader engineering vision.

Technical Excellence :
You champion quality and maintain high standards in software development. This includes developing solutions, conducting code reviews, and managing technical debt. Your goal is to ensure the codebase is robust, scalable, and adheres to the highest quality standards.

People Management :
You conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and create a psychologically safe environment for your team.

You are involved in the performance review process and play a significant role in the hiring decisions, ensuring the team remains aligned and motivated.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with significant experience leading projects and or managing people.

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Go, etc.).
Full-stack experience is a must.
