    Job Description

    • Planning, preparation & implementation of complex supplierrelated manufacturing machining processes in coordination with material field purchasing ans/or Purchasing Engineering and tracking of effectiveness (responsible for Qtarget achievement) series support across locations within Bosch Rexroth.
    • Planning, implementation, and further development of suppliers with regard to the application of Cost down projects and efficiency.
    • Support active scouting and sourcing in SQM Projects technical verification
    Implement on side machining programs and add these once in operation according specifications and BU requirements-drawings

    Responsible for Supplier selection (Technical project support in terms of new supplier regarding Q-topics):


    • Define important characteristics and quality assurance
    • CmK and CpK evaluation
    • Process approval performing
    • Quality table
    • FMEA
    • 8D/ 5S
    Qualifications

    • Machining knowledge in the area of defined and undefined cutting edges in theory and practice:
    • Product knowledge from the business areas of Hydraulic and gearboxes
    • Decision making / responsible for technical function
    • Knowledge of Q-methods and tools
    • Setting up of Production Quality Control in Workshops

    Long term experience in following tasks:
    Turning parts Multi spindle / CNC machine 5-axis


    • Planning / Tools / Machine / Measurement equipment
    • Create program CNC
    • Set up / machining prototyp
    • Create Control plan
    • Production System set up in operation in Workshop
    • Experience in Fast set up / Multi spindle machine (Efficiency increase)
    • Process optimizing / Performing tool trials and evaluation
    • Knowledge of production processes and metrology
    • Basic knowledge of BPS (5S; quick setup, TPM, ...)
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
    • Good knowledge of SAP/R3, MS-Office
    • Very good written and spoken English
    • Willingness to travel (worldwide)
