Operating out of the Ferndale, WA office as the Charter Coordinator, you'll assist customers with itinerary coordination, securing contracts and implement execution on the day of charter.

Success in this position requires a curiosity about the industry and care for the clients and drivers that you serve. You'll coordination transportation for their big events, so attention to detail and being comfortable with numbers (analytical thinking) while being able to see the big picture are valuable skills. You'll need a self-driven passion for exceeding expectations, customer contact, and outstanding logistics is key.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Actively engage clients, prepare itineraries, finalize contracts, secure payments
• Coordinate and implement a day of fine details (e.g., schedule drivers, prepare drivers with maps and trip sheets, make any customer itinerary changes, communicate across all necessary departments to correctly execute charter expectations, collect payment prior to departure)
• Complete post trip reports, billing, client follow-ups
• Work directly with charter sales teams at Federal Way and Yakima offices
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 + years of proven customer service experience
• Educational background in sales, business, marketing, event or organizational management preferred, but not required
• Hands-on experience being organized - following up and following through on quote requests,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated Excel skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Full-time, 32 to 40 hour standard work week based on demand needs, flexibility available
