    Lockheed Martin is seeking a Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative Staff for a position in Gilbert, AZ


    Responsibilities include:
    Provides product quality support in an operational environment including delivery, maintenance and modification efforts.

    Interprets and provides governance to ensure full compliance with industry standards and customer regulations for specific product operations, including fielded systems from initial procurement, delivery, supply chain, reutilization and disposal.

    Supports the execution of the sustainment strategy across the product life cycle. Measures sustainment quality performance.

    Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment while providing statistical analysis to determine root causes, establish corrective action, and apply strategies and/or systems designed to improve performance and productivity.

    Applies diagnostics and other condition-based maintenance techniques.

    Performs product and process surveillance and collaborates with platform Users, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sustainment to ensure quality standards are in place.

    Quality integrator responsible for overseeing contractual compliance with company and 3rd party operations conducting product delivery, maintenance and operations. Supports final acceptance of finished product and/or modification efforts.

    Conducts calibrations, receiving, in-process, solder, assembly, final and shipping inspections of repaired hardware at the M-TADS / PNVS Special Repair Activity.

    Maintains calibration tracking and completions for tooling within the depot operations.

    Maintains work instructions for inspection requirements, determining location and frequency of inspection steps throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.

    Processes non-conforming hardware, identified containment requirements, appropriate root cause is identified and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence and potentially leading a Corrective Action Board with the depot team.

    Performs assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and ISO-9001 / AS9100 procedures / processes associated to depot operations.

    Interfaces with program personnel on all quality related issues. Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement. Makes the final decision on acceptability of product. May lead and give direction to subordinate personnel

    Basic Qualifications:


    Technical degree at the Bachelor level or above, or equivalent specialty training, certifications and skills are required Ability to obtain a security clearance Ability to travel Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts that will enable development and review of QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex Ability to organize and track multiple activities and prioritize tasks based on importance Ability to proactively review, interpret & apply specifications to determine compliance with requirements Demonstrated basic understanding of audit techniques Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools and Corrective Action Planning.

    Understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes

    Desired Skills:
    Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management Experience in Electrical Production floor level Quality Assurance testing and inspection processes and procedures, and electronics systems testing and integration support Experience with optics rework and repair, harness rework and repair, Circuit Card Assembly (SMT and plated through) rework and repair, structure MODs, structure rework and repairs Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration Demonstrated presentation skills

    Effective Communication Skills:
    written, oral, listening and technical writing Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment Experience with calibration, soldering, cable and harness fabrication Experience interacting with Government customers Manufacturing skills instructor experience J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/7721 inspection experience Strong knowledge of Industry recognized Quality systems such as International (ISO), aerospace (AS)


    MOS:
    15Y or 15R preferred

    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
