    Description


    One of the nation's largest providers of pharmacy services to more than 800 hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

    They will be responsible for the development of new software applications.

    This position includes working with a team of individuals to identify the goals of the software, develop a system for implementation, and overseeing the development process.

    This includes reviewing code that subordinates have written to ensure it is works correctly and researching the most up-to-date techniques in software design.

    In addition, the Senior Software Engineer spends time communicating progress on software development to subordinates, project managers, and business analysts; discusses implementation in terms and conditions that the individual less familiar with software development can understand and identify product requirements and limitations to ensure system function; confer with users, sponsors and stakeholders to identify their vision and needs; design a software or group of software that meet client's needs.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or in lieu of degree, combination of extensive related work experience and education in a computer science related field

    6+ years of related experience in Java, NET, and C#

    Proficiency with coding schemes specific to ASP. NET, MVC, C#, VB. NET, HTML5, JavaScript

    React or Angular

    Experience working with SQL and TFS

    Experience with computer programming and systems/database analysis

    Demonstrated ability working with Business groups defining requirements, and project goals.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients

    Experience developing clint facing applications
