    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Specialist

    Company: IRS - Small Business/Self Employed Division


    Duties:


    • Distributes, balances, monitors, and reports on workload to ensure timely completion
    • Resolves informal complaints and reports on employee performance
    • Assists in administrative duties and personnel actions
    • Leads and performs tasks at the same level as other employees

    Requirements:


    • Must have 1 year of experience equivalent to GS-05 level
    • Knowledge of tax examination processes and administrative functions


    Additional Information:


    • This is a full-time bargaining unit position with a flexible schedule
    • No relocation expenses covered
    • Various duty locations available
    • Opportunity to work an alternative schedule or telework
