This position provides information technology solutions to support business processes.

The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of analysis functions including business and technical requirements solicitation, technical design, meeting facilitation, and software testing.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a required 3 days in the East Lansing, MI office.

Documenting business use cases, user requirements, and creating various flow and process diagrams.
Working alongside developers and other BSA's as application solutions are designed and developed.
Conducting collaborative business meetings with our partners and stakeholders providing critical project information and gaining approval for various solutions.
Serving as level two support for incidents related to our business products and applications.

Working with your flight team to refine work items, estimate effort, and plan-out work for a 2-week Agile sprint cycle.

Building and configuring workflows and promptsSubmitting change requests and promoting code to lower region environmentsWhat Experience can you Bring?Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required.0-5 years of experience in an analyst role or IT environment is required.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.

Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.

Demonstrated ability to apply technical understanding to a broad range of applications and complex data models.
Understanding of process modeling and various other design tools and methodologies is strongly desired.
Proven ability to work with users in complex problem solving and troubleshooting scenarios.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, NCino, Content Management System is preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps is desired.
Knowledge of creating SQL queries is desired.
