    Ultimate Staffing is working with a company that is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This role offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission potential, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, including regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
