    This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
    We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our Enterprise Continuous Improvement team.

    This individual will be responsible for leading operating model design and continuous improvement initiatives for coming-to-market and new launched private market product offerings, with a focus on Wealth Management.

    The Senior Business Process Engineer will use lean six sigma and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation working with a wide range of internal and external partners.


    The ideal candidate is someone who is:
    A self-starter able to lead independently in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, multifunctional teams and tight project timeframesAble to translate a strategic vision into a project for executionHighly skilled in change and stakeholder management with ability to build strong partnerships across the global organizationAdept at problem solving, mitigating issues, identifying creative solutions and driving to decisionsWhat you will do:Develop and implement new operating models across the HarbourVest value chain of fundraising, investing, and servicing capitalDefine and deliver improvement initiatives against agreed to timelines and scope by leading project plans, execution routines, dependencies and risksDrive gap analysis, future state design, and implementation execution partnering with business and technology team membersEnsure highly productive discussions and outcomes by defining agendas, clearly outlining objectives, and facilitating executive level collaboration sessionsBuild project and process documentation content for audiences varying from business customer use to executive committees summary understandingAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:5+ years of project management experienceLean Six Sigma black belt certification preferredPMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plusFinancial services industry experience preferred with wealth management and/or private equity experience a plusExperience with new product introduction and launchExperience in business process mapping and designExperience preparing and delivering executive level presentations with excellent facilitation, verbal and written communicationEducation PreferredBachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experienceExperience5-8 years of proven experience#LI-Hybrid
