Job summary
The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific assigned area of the store as well as general operations and supervision when functioning as Manager on Duty.The role involves opening closing the store supervising associates maintaining a friendly easy to shop environment ensuring proper merchandise presentation and cleanliness at all times executing operational processes adhering to company policies guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer service employee relations scheduling payroll administration cash handling security maintenance housekeeping recovery markdowns receiving deliveries processing merchandise maximizing productivity minimizing steps extra touches while working meeting sales goals driving business results promoting diversity equity inclusion excellence communicating effectively leading by example ensuring accountability execution demonstrating integrity honesty in all interactions safeguarding confidential information merchandise,
