    POSITION SUMMARY:


    They financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting Finance Manager with the Organization's budget, forecast preparation, ongoing monitoring of the budget vs.

    actual and prepare reports and analysis as needed. They will also work with cross functional teams for budget preparation and any other analysis as and when needed.

    Has access to protected healthcare information (PHI) or confidential identifiable information (CII), both paper and electronic, as necessary, to perform related job duties and responsibilities.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and multi-year planning.
    Produce monthly department financial reports.
    Prepare grant budgets as needed.
    Prepare variance analysis report, forecasting, and financial modeling.
    Performs analysis and other reports on monthly basis.
    Prepare monthly dashboard for the board.
    Assist evaluation of the economics of future endeavors.
    Work with Human resource staff to implement a position tracking system.
    Provides revenue and expenditure data and analysis as needed.
    Support monitoring expenditures to the budget and recommend corrective action as necessary.
    Assists other accounting staff as needed.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting.2+ years of related experience.
    Advanced level excel skills with proven track record with building complex reports in Excel.
    Ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to financial reporting.


    Preferred Qualifications :
    Experience with Abila MIP softwareExperience in human services or behavioral health non-profit budgeting


    SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
    The salary range for this position is $60,584-$84,841. The starting salary range for this position is $60,584 - $66,677 DOE for external candidates.

    Employees will also receive 10 days of vacation leave each year, one personal day each year, and will accrue one sick day per month (pro-rated for part-time employees).
