Description

Real Estate Associate w/ Sculptor Capital LP (NY, NY). Analyze, recommend, and execute real estate investments across the capital structure. Hybrid role may be permitted subj to supervisor approval, as long as candidate lives w/in commuting distance. Travel approx 5% of the time. Destination & frequency impossible to predict. May include domestic & internat'l travel to Caribbean.


Reqts:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Real Estate, Finance or a closely related field and 3 years' experience as a Real Estate Analyst with an Investment Bank, in Real Estate Private Equity, or a related position


Experience must include:
analyzing complex debt and equity structures; financial analysis and underwriting of real estate transactions; DCF / LBO analysis of private transactions; DCF / NAV analysis of public REITs; performing due diligence and closing multimillion dollar real estate transactions; working with real estate databases RCA and Costar


Salary Range:
