Job summary
The Senior Paralegal provides support to the Corporate Legal Department with a primary focus on commercial contract review drafting and negotiation support.This role manages contract intake workflows drafts and redlines agreements and partners cross functionally to drive timely risk balanced outcomes. It requires excellent organization independent judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. The position involves sensitive and confidential information and demands a high level of discretion.
The Senior Paralegal will provide support for all aspects of contract management including drafting negotiating reviewing amending or terminating contracts as necessary providing guidance on contractual matters managing records maintaining compliance requirements ensuring that company policies are followed when working with third party vendors suppliers or customers assisting in preparing legal documents responding to requests for information handling confidential documents performing other duties as assigned by management.
