    About the Role:

    As Fabric Health expands, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a versatile team player ready to contribute to critical company initiatives and drive our growth. As the second hire on our Ops team, we need a trailblazer who is not only passionate about our mission, but also eager to deepen our impact

    What You'll Be Getting Into:

    • Process Optimization and Execution: Enhance and innovate existing processes, while creating new ones to support scaling and growth
    • Business Acumen: Gain an in-depth understanding of our business, identifying opportunities to enhance our operations and impact
    • Reporting and Data Analytics: Contribute to internal and external reporting efforts, delving into business metrics to identify trends and define key problems for resolution
    • Project Management and Collaboration: Lead project definition, timelines and ownership, collaborating closely across the organization to ensure successful project execution

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
    • Proven experience in consulting, business operations, chief or staff, or a similar role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
    • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
    • Interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
