    Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Services and Support Coordinator to work with our client in Nashua, NH. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

    Description:

    We have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator in the support of Test and Measurement service solutions. This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customer's experience with Keysight solutions, processes, and services.

    Specific duties include:

    • Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.
    • Enter, Maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.
    • Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.
    • Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
    • Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Full Time Onsite position

    This critical role requires the following skills:

    • Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
    • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
    • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
    • Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills.
    • Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.
    • Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.
    • Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.
    • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
    • Based on customer requirements, candidate must be able to pass a background check.
