    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Quality Technicians, and do performance reviews
    • Responsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-AT-DEFECT)
    • Schedule Team Lead Quality, Quality Technicians, and Quality Auditor based on operations- and testing needs
    • Plan and execute the maintenance activities for the testing department
    • Support to implement effective working processes, maintenance methods, standards and test equipment to maintain and improve the knowhow of Testing continuously.
    • Coordinates Validation tests internal (First Part Inspection) and external regarding timing, status and cost. Reporting and corrective action discussion (if necessary) internal and with customer
    • Support the Manager Quality in AOP planning, CAPEX planning and cost center controlling
    • Support sampling process
    • Support customer initial sampling process (PPAP, ISIR)
    • Responsible for daily monitoring of product Quality and escalation of any non-conformance per Escalation Procedure
    • Responsible to coach, teach and develop employee
    • Check and evaluate specifications and legal requirements, particularly concerning safety and EHS
    • Support Audit Program (Process, Product, Systems)
    • Support implementation of EHS improvements
    • Support tracking of KPI
    • Support capacity planning process for Testing
    • Knowledge about and compliance to the customer specific requirements

    Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in plastic and automotive supplier industry is required.
    • Knowledge in customer specific quality requirements
    • Knowledge of product and measuring test equipment and techniques
    • Knowledge of KAUTEX manufacturing processes
    • Knowledge of KAUTEX Quality Management Systems
    • Knowledge of all processes and procedures in Quality Lab and be able to execute them
    • Knowledge in GD&T and RPS alignment and drawing is needed
    • Basic knowledge in CAD
    • Able to perform a Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
    • Green Belt certification is a plus
    • Strong local and English language skills are required
