- 7 on 7 off schedule
- Inpatient census: 15–20 patients per day
- Program includes: 7 neurosurgeons, 3 outpatient neurologists, and 8 APPs
- Equipment/Resources: 42 bed inpatient, neuro-medical unit, 12-bed closed neuro-ICU, Full integration with MOB/iCT via iPlan by BrainLAB, 24/7 seizure disorder monitoring, Stroke Centers, and hospital-based radiology group with well-trained interventionalists
- Physician-driven group with strong administrative support that includes an in-house marketing and business development team ready to help you grow your practice
- Management of all business aspects of the practice so you can focus on patient care
- Professional centralized support for billing, credentialing, and human resources

- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of Arizona
- Received the 2022 Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award with Target Stroke Honor Roll Elite and Target Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
- Certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center by DNV Healthcare.
- Designated as a Cardiac Arrest Receiving Center by Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Accredited as a Chest Pain Center by American College of Cardiology.
- Certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
