- Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
- Commission / Bonus: $5,000 - $25,000 Per Year
- Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
- Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)

- Report To: Call Center Director

- Communicate with customers over the phone, in email, and using the website chat in order to troubleshoot issues, help with product purchases, and make sales
- Make informed recommendations to customers based on purchase history, past conversations, and pending needs
- Data entry of customer information into the CRM system in an efficient manner while on the phone
- Serving as a liaison between different departments including purchasing, accounting, marketing, shipping, IT, etc.
- Bilingual (Spanish) - Exceptional communication ability, decision making, and problem solving
- 3-4 years of experience in a Customer Support, Order Entry, and/or Sales position with a high volume of phone communication
Proficiency with a CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong typing ability - Must have an ability to multi-task in a high-volume outreach position and be interested in a sales-based position
