    Pay Range: $24–$29/hour depending on experience

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Patient Concierge Supervisor to oversee daily front‑desk and patient service operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff involved in patient check‑in, check‑out, medical records, and (when applicable) surgery coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident people leader passionate about patient experience, operational excellence, and team development.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Supervise, coordinate, and support patient concierge staff
    • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
    • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient patient flow
    • Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally
    • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage; fill in as needed
    • Train staff on company policies, procedures, insurance requirements, and systems (EPM & EMR)
    • Oversee and verify completion of all required surgery paperwork per protocol
    • Implement, monitor, and improve patient service protocols and procedures
    • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with organizational and legal standards
    • Lead with professionalism, collaboration, and accountability
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    Requirements


    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare organization
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
    • Ability to work independently and lead within a fast‑paced team environment
    • Demonstrated commitment to patient‑centered care
