Job summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy revenue and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and securing resident lease renewals.Responsibilities
- Greeting and qualifying prospects.
- Conducting community tours showing apartments processing applications credit screening criminal background checks preparing leases move-in packages ensuring smooth resident move-ins lease signings inspecting apartments prior to resident move-in ensuring they are in move-in ready condition scheduling outstanding items with maintenance teams staying informed about current market competitor conditions that may impact communities occupancy sales results developing implementing short- long-term marketing plans goals sustaining occupancy following established policies concessions specials programs creating driving traffic executing marketing activities using on-site property management software tracking apartment availability recording traffic leasing activities managing prospect data capturing demographic information existing future residents daily inspecting show corridors communicating maintenance upkeep needs merchandising show units model amenities preparing offices for daily leasing follow-up with prospects new residents sending e-mail thank-you notes cards making telephone calls contacting finalizing decisions executing supporting lease renewal program preparing letters packages meeting contacting renewing residents documenting conveying document timely responding courteous questions solving problems requests official Greystar email addresses reporting suspicious requests immediately.
