    Description

    Job Description:

    As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in handling month-end-close activities, budgeting, forecasting, actual spend reporting, fixed asset management, and maintaining the accuracy of financial records on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should be adept at driving efficiency by continuously enhancing operational and financial processes in a complex, multi-faceted environment while effectively managing competing priorities. This position involves providing financial support for operating expenses and capital budgets, necessitating collaboration with colleagues at all levels to achieve business goals transparently and ethically.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct budget vs. actual analysis reviews with management
    • Co-lead the Annual Budget and Standard Cost Setting Process
    • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to create annual business plans and assess performance and trends
    • Analyze inventory and determine monthly inventory reserves
    • Manage corporate submissions and financial reporting
    • Calculate Overhead and Labor Rates
    • Prepare budgets and analyze budget vs. actual P&L files

    Job Requirements:

    • Seeking highly organized, proactive colleagues who are dedicated to operating within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with diverse responsibilities
    • Experience with ERP systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including creating and utilizing complex models
    • Minimum 6 years of successful financial analysis, cost accounting, reporting, or planning experience
