About the Position:

Join the In-Home Therapy program as a full-time Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Counselor, working alongside a Master's Level Clinician to assist at-risk youth and their families. Services are delivered in various settings to meet the unique needs of families and youth for quicker wellness and recovery using a strength-based approach.
While the Master's level clinician focuses on intensive family therapy, your role involves teaching coping mechanisms, parenting skills, communication techniques, and more to the youth and their families. You will also connect families with essential community resources to help manage behaviors and establish a supportive home environment. Collaboration with outpatient therapists, schools, DCF, and medical providers is vital for effective care.
