    Our mission is to speed and simplify prior authorization management, enabling our clients to deliver faster, easier healthcare to their patients.

    Valer's technology automates submissions, status checking, verification, reporting, and EHR synchronization across all healthcare settings, specialties, and payers from one platform and portal.

    All built around each of our clients.

    Here's a sample of what you'll be doing:

    • Work with the Sales and Executive Team to close deals
    • Lead new customer implementations with the engineering team
    • Develop close relationships with our customer leadership and users
    • Translate goals and projects between engineering and the customer
    • Keep a finger firmly on the pulse of the customer to ensure success and then raise the bar higher for them and for us.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will be a team player, approach problems from the customer's perspective, coachable, and true to their word.

    Here are the mad skills we need you to bring i.e. must have:

    • Healthcare and/or experience supporting a SaaS technology platform
    • Tech savvy and you'll enjoy getting to learn some things on the technical side so that you can be a strong problem solver – which brings us to...
    • Strong and diplomatic communicator and relationship manager – you will need to handle executives, users, non-tech savvy folks, and engineers to name a few
    • Passionate professionalism
    • High EQ – observant of what's being said and not being said
    • Problem solver
