    We are seeking a Community Manager
    • Affordable for Knollwood apartments in Ft.
    Mill, SC (48 units). Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position offers 30-40 hours per week depending on candidate availability.


    Summary of Position:


    Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartmentsResident certifyingAssisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emailsCompleting all lease paperworkCompleting and processing applicationsExplaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residentsWalking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.

    Upkeep the office and clubhouseRent collectionsProcessing invoicesOther duties as assignedEducation Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent

    Job Requirements:
    Good organizational skillsGood verbal and written skillsStrong customer service orientationMust have reliable transportation
