The Role:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Project Management, our Project Manager will p
roactively manage changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devise contingency plans while overseeing post-order change orders and negotiations, customer interfaces.
This is a cross-functional position where you will not only support the Project Coordinator and other Project Managers on the team, but also partner with internal teams to ensure that we are acting in an efficient and timely manner to support our customers and products.
Responsibilities:
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to developing strategic plans and reviews during bid preparation, including spec review and bid cost guidance.
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing and scheduling plans, analyzing variances, addressing constraints, and initiating corrective actions.
Coordinates the activities of Project Coordinators to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Conducts post-order reviews to determine appropriate corrective actions to improve project management processes; prepares timely progress reports and final project updates.
