- Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
- Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
- Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
- At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $52,000 / annuallyThe range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
