    This is a fully remote position with monthly travel to our Irvine, CA office.

    Job Summary:

    The Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivables will be responsible for the day-to-day cash and accounts receivable application operations and support the Manager and Director of Cash and Accounts Receivable.

    Job Expectations:
    • Meet or exceed productivity standards in the completion of daily and monthly assignments such as month end closing tasks.
    • Work on various accounting related tasks in areas such as cash, debt, accruals and accounts receivable.
    • Prepare journal entry posting and reconciliations.
    • Prepare commission expense calculations.
    • Work with the team and technical resources to identify, research and resolve mis-applied payments, cash application variances, aging inaccuracies, missing orders and any other issues that may arise.
    • Clear orders, apply cash to customers and verify payment.
    • Report and keep manager or team leader up to date on all relevant issues, escalating any issues as appropriate.
    • Work closely with the manager or team leader in identifying issues or problems that might arise for solutions.
    • Assist in audits and SOX compliance processes.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have a sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and analyze a high volume of accounts receivable activities
    • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    Equipment Knowledge
    • Experience with SAP preferred
    • Experience with SQL is a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
    Experience Requirements:
    • Generally requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
    • E-commerce experience is preferred.
    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. CPA is preferred.

    The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

    $65,000-$84,225 USD
