- Research materials / technology to create environmentally sustainable packaging solutions
- Manage product development projects from concept through launch
- Work closely with manufacturing and tooling to develop production process for new products
- Develop testing procedures and conduct product testing
- Use CAD to design packaging tooling and manufacturing processes
