    Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is a leading manufacturer of high-quality natural personal care and cosmetic products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient functioning of our production facility. As the Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal workflow, driving productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals.
    • Monitor and assess daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including compounding, quality assurance, and warehouse, to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist logistics with component inventory to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and facilitate process enhancements.
    • Assist team memebers on production lines as needed.
    • Read and accurately interpret job reports, spreadsheets, production schedules, etc.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day, and lift up to 55 Lbs. as needed.
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar operations supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or order supply chain industry.
    • Bachelors degree in related field, preferred.
    • Lean Sigma Six certification is a bonus.
    • Previous manufacturing experience is required.
    • Strong knowledge of production processes, logistics, cGMP, and supply chain management.
    • Basic computer skills required.
    • Proficient use of Google software systems and other ERP systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am+/- to 3:30 pm+/-.

    Wage: $22.00-$25.00/Hour
    depending on experience.
