    The Role
    The coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators' aim to find the best talent in the market. Reports to Senior Manager for AMS.

    This role will require someone to be able to go onsite to the New York location at least 3 days a week. The salary range for this role is $53, ,000 per year.
    Key Accountabilities
    • Will be required to be onsite at the client 3 days a week
    • Responsible for preparing and scheduling interviews using assessment centers and Webex links between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters for first and final round interviews( Superday's)
    • Familiar with campus processes and similar systems such as HireVue, Workday, Oleeo (as applicable).
    • Create and publish Campus programs in Oleeo
    • Preparing and generating Offers to candidates
    • Participation in local events as needed
    Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2-3 years' experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting or communications in a corporate environment preferred. Internship experience welcome.
    • Problem solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful
    • Thrives in an ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel &PowerPoint).
    • The ability to work as a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment
    • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
    • Excellent organization and communication skills, and experience of presenting to senior clients/stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, and exercise sound judgment
    • High level of initiative and self-motivation, resilience and ability to deal with ambiguity
