    About the position:

    Hey there, Ecommerce Project Manager! At BAD Marketing, you hold a key role in managing post-sale relationships and accounts. Your mission: ensure the smooth operation and success of your assigned accounts by overseeing timely task completion.

    Responsibilities:
    • Utilize our Tech Stack (Clickup, Slack, etc.) to streamline project management.
    • Demonstrate and champion team values while setting and reaching department goals.
    • Monitor and optimize team performance, ensuring adherence to deadlines, SOPs, and project objectives.
    • Proactively communicate account status with clients, offering optimization plans and solutions.
    • Deliver top-notch customer experiences, resolving issues to minimize refunds and safeguard reputation.
    • Nurture existing client relationships and identify new client requirements.
    • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate successful account management between clients and BAD Marketing.
    Qualifications:
    • 2-3+ years of project management experience.
    • Proven track record in managing Ecommerce projects from start to finish.
    • Experience with Media Buying, particularly on Google and Facebook platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce technologies, platforms, and trends.
    • Preferably worked with Shopify stores and have experience in strategizing and running ads on Meta and Google.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects concurrently.
    • Familiarity with paid media, Ecommerce, or email marketing.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
