    Horizontal Talent has an exciting opportunity for a talented and collaborative Public Relations Director to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team in Chicago. This full-time PR Director role offers an attractive salary and benefits package. This is a hybrid position with candidates expected to go onsite four days/week.

    As a Public Relations Director, you will be the principal agency rep across accounts and be responsible for contributing to the quality of the agencys offerings in unison with senior leaders across various departments.

    In your first few weeks in this Public Relations Director role, you can expect to:

    • Direct and own all aspects of client's PR programs
    • Proactively deliver counsel to clients, develop and execute against strategic plans
    • Lead the public relations new business efforts by ushering in new clients and verticals by leveraging good industry relationships
    • Secure, maintain and grow the business by identifying new growth opportunities based on insights into the company, client, industry, and economy.
