    Job Summary:


    As a Commercial Account Manager specializing in HVAC Preventative Maintenance Sales at Temp Right Service you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with commercial clients to promote and sell our HVAC preventative maintenance services.

    You will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Client Relationships -Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
    Understand the specific HVAC maintenance requirements and challenges of each client to offer customized solutions.
    Sales and Business Development -Identify new sales opportunities within the commercial sector for HVAC preventative maintenance services.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
    Technical Expertise -Stay current on industry trends, HVAC technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that proposed maintenance plans align with industry standards and client needs.
    Client Education -Educate clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance, emphasizing cost savings, energy efficiency, and equipment longevity.
    Provide guidance on the importance of regular maintenance and the potential consequences of neglecting HVAC systems.
    Reporting and Documentation -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
    Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
    Proven track record of successful sales and/or customer relationship management.
    Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn basic mechanical concepts.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
