    Description
    Position Summary:

    Responsible for costing and pricing models for new projects and business ventures, as well as the management and oversight of company accounting procedures including cash management, invoicing, inventory, and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities: include but are not limited to -
    • Prepare costing and pricing models for new projects and business ventures, i.e., quotes, SOWs.
    • Assist in tax preparation and new business pitch decks.
    • Collect and analyze data about the company's operational costs.
    • Advise executive management on appropriate costing based on financial data.
    • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.
    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
    • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
    • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, preparing forecasts, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
    • Maintain accurate files and record keeping system for financial statements and company documents.
    • Work with CFO to analyze potential acquisitions.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
    Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; preferably from a top-tier university or Ivy League institution.
    • MBA preferred.
    • 5 - 15 years' work experience in corporate accounting, finance, or investment banking.
    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
    • Strong understanding of financial analysis and accounting systems.
    • Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
    • Understanding of organizational accounting concepts.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Demonstrate excellence in attention to detail, organization, driving results and process improvement.
    • Proficient in using MS Office programs; advanced Excel knowledge.
    Physical Demands:
    • Required to use hands to operate computer controls.
    • May be required to lift, stand, bend for short periods of time.
    • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, ability to focus.
    Working Conditions:
    • Employee travel/work hours/schedule and/or shift are subject to change based on business needs and Management discretion.
    • Regular, ongoing travel throughout geographic areas on a continual basis as normal scope of role.
    Pay Range:

    $80,000 - $200,000 per year
