    Position Summary
    The Scheduling Analyst provides technical support to account teams, as well as other support groups.

    They perform functions in both a mainframe and a client server environment, maintain and assist with ongoing technical applications and operations.

    They are responsible for batch scheduling software support, within the mainframe and server environment.
    This position will work in

    Pacific or Mountain time zones.
    Position reports to Team Lead, Scheduling.
    Key Areas of Focus for this Role
    Handle moderate complexity batch scheduling assignments.
    Regularly leads tasks to establish as a go to, product SME.
    Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly.
    SME of batch scheduling software.
    Follow and understanding the companies change control process.
    Complete internal / external reporting.
    Mentor less experienced associates in the role.
    Work with tech support, automation and client for more complex scheduling.
    Provide input and assist for application and environment upgrades/changes.

    Required Qualifications
    Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
    Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    Analytical and critical thinking skills
    Able to represent Ensono in front of clients
    Batch Scheduler product knowledge (IWS, IBMi, Zeke)
    Mainframe knowledge (TSO, SDSF, JCL, QuickRef)
    ITIL foundation
    Self-directed
    Able to work from Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
    Other Qualifications
    Any other mainframe scheduling tools
    Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft (Visio)
    Able to read and code server scripts
    Able to read and code JCL
