    Job Title

    Customer Service & Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service & Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Strive Pharmacy.

    This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote and in-office collaboration for optimal flexibility.

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to excellence, upholding the highest standards of compliance as defined in our SOPs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

    • Handling phone calls and making outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
    • Managing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Providing efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.
    • Responding to text messages promptly for easy communication.
    • Facilitating communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.
    • Working to fulfill Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production fulfillment zones.
    • Applying the highest level of technical attention to detail.

    We offer three distinct performance levels, each with its own set of challenges and rewards:

    • Beginner: Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day, laying the foundation for your career in pharmaceutical care.
    • Intermediate: Handle 100 to 175 prescriptions per day, honing your skills and contributing to our collective success.
    • Advanced: Exceed 175 prescriptions per day, leading the way in efficiency and quality, setting new standards in the industry.

    Requirements

    • A GED or high school diploma.
    • A clean criminal record with no felonies.
    • Completion of a recognized PTCB course.
    • An active State technician or technician trainee license.

    Desired Skills

    • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.
    • Background in customer service.
    • Background in data entry.

    Work Environment

    • Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues.
    • Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.
    • Occasionally stand and walk within the facility.
    • Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.
    • Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.
