About the Role:

As the PR + Influencer Marketing Manager you play an integral role in creating brand affinity while building awareness and driving traffic through traditional PR, earned, and paid social media marketing tactics.

The role is responsible for developing and managing integrated campaigns utilizing PR tactics (press releases, pitches, look books) and jointly layering digital initiatives (influencers, content creators, VIPs) to help amplify brand communication, seasonal launches and partnerships.

Our goal is to reach new, targeted audiences by creating 360-campaigns with media coverage and social media amplification on new and emerging platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Clubhouse and more.

This role is also responsible for managing and scaling our ambassador network to help amplify our brand values and story while inspiring new customers to shop West Elm.

The Rejuvenation Creative Team is innovative, collaborative and brand-focused.

Our role is to develop and execute compelling, cohesive marketing campaigns across all customer-facing channels (ie site, email, digital marketing, catalog and more).

As part of the team, youll help evolve, refine and align our email and digital marketing creative. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our stunning West Elm store at Hay street is seeking dynamic, customer-focused, results-driven individuals to join the team as a Design Studio Specialist You will be skilled in providing customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service.

In addition, the ability to utilize effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

The buying/merchandising team is responsible for developing and managing the right product assortment to drive sales, inventory, and profit objectives.

The team operates as a central hub that interacts with nearly all cross-functional teams within the organization, but most closely partners with the design, sourcing, planning + distribution, visual, and marketing teams to develop and market the assortment for our stores, online and catalog.

This role contributes directly to supporting initiatives that will ensure West Elm sustains long-term growth as a leader in specialty retail.

We are seeking a Creative Assistant to help manage our growing customer base.

You will report to our Creative Director, help manage large customer projects, be the liaison with various departments, and bring customer projects to a successful end.

You have an understanding of photography, some familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and a keen sense for aesthetic details.

In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative group of team members.

The Merchandise Coordinator will provide support and coordination for the Associate Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales.
