**SIGN ON BONUS $3500**
Up to $20 per hour based on experience
$2.00 shift differential for evenings & weekends

Purpose: To promote quality of life through specialized Activities programming.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with basic care tasks, such as feeding, dressing, or moving patients; assisting with hygiene; and changing bed linens, as needed.
· Answer call lights promptly
· Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs; conduct and oversee various activites and social programs.
· Feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake
· Documenting information
· Transporting patients
